Back Story
Many years ago, i was floored to learn how companion animals were being used for questionable purposes. Once I began delving further, my entire world crumbled to find out how dogs and cats throughout southeast Asia were being not only eaten but brutally tortured first. As I learned more, i realized I couldn't just do nothing. I began studying.

Long story short, i became an avid spokesperson and animal rights activist, began working night and day to get it stopped. I began fundraising for certain rescue organizations, i adopted a dog from a breeding dog meat farm in korea, i went to protest rallies and got involved in the production of an awareness documentary.

I had sold some crochet baskets in an ETSY store, and realized they were popular. Thats when i decided to expand and make rugs, and other home decor items to sell with the intent of giving all proceeds to rescue organizations. With that, we opened a new ETSY which is still active and then I am using this platform for only my crochet and sewing wares.

So, 100% of the proceeds garnered from UnChained Crochet will be put toward the documentary, which is still in production as of August 2019, called DogWarFilm; under the direction of an Oscar nominated documentarian. Its the story of 2 retired ex marines hoping to put an end to the gruesome dog meat trade. Dog War Film
